Receptionist – Paley ELC


Paley ELC has an immediate opening for a Receptionist .  This position will:

  • Greet and direct all visitors
  • Make calls and relay messages accurately for administration
  • Answer and screen all incoming telephone calls, route calls to appropriate individuals and use voice mail as directed
  • Provide routine information to callers
  • Track preschool children’s’ medical forms and keep an updated list
  • Track preschool children’s’ Emergency/Escort forms and relate updated information
  • Perform other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of two years administrative assistant or related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent spelling, grammatical, mathematical and verbal/written communication skills
  • The ability to prioritize and complete assignments with a minimum of supervision
