Nichole is an experienced early childhood educator and Center Director, having supervised large centers in Montgomery County for 5 years.

With a gift for forming personal relationships, Nichole has a track record of interacting with and being supportive of parents and has proven to be a valuable resource to teachers. She received a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the Pennsylvania State University.

“As the mother of two young children who are enrolled at our Center, I am aware of the importance of a solid foundation in the early years to create a love of learning and ultimately succeed in school.  I have worked and observed in other early learning settings and am so incredibly impressed with Paley’s resources.  The rich curriculum, organization and longevity are unheard of in the field.  This all comes to life because of the commitment and skills of the teaching staff.  I am honored and ecstatic to be directing such a high quality program! “

For relaxation and fun, Nichole enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and baking.

Center Information

Paley Early Learning Center is an intimate and welcoming Center led by degreed and experienced teachers and administrative staff. Using The Creative Curriculum and the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math,) process of integration and collaboration, children work together on a topic to explore, investigate, discover and tinker.

For nearly 50 years, this center has been known in the community as a high quality program that has served generations of children in the same family. A 5,000 square foot building, Paley Early Learning Center’s facilities astonish first time visitors. There are spacious classrooms, an Olympic sized pool and multiple enclosed playgrounds for each age group and a gymnasium. These help develop healthy bodies and minds. Head Start and Pre-K Counts classrooms have been a part of the Center for many years. Content areas such as reading, math, science and art are integrated into a central theme and staff encourage children to learn through discovery and exploration. Parents are actively involved in the Center. There is a school age program for children 6–12 years old offering before and after school care, as well as during emergency closings and holidays. Camp Woodlight, a well-established summer program is located at this Center. A limited number of children from the community are enrolled along with children who attend our year-round program.
