School Age Supervisor/Camp Director- Paley ELC

The ideal candidate will:

  • Maintain quality school age (on and off site) and camp programs
  • Maintain budget for school age department and camp
  • Work as part of an administrative team, sharing responsibilities when needed
  • Escort school age program to Farrell in the morning if needed
  • Maintain ongoing communication with parents, alerting them to any changes that may occur
  • Address parent concerns immediately and ensure documentation procedures are followed
  • Maintain all school age and camp staff records
  • Complete enrollment for school age and camp children
  • Prepare and oversee the implementation of lesson plans at all three school age sites
  • Visit each of the after school sites at least once per week
  • Coordinate substitutes for school age department, as needed
  • Complete school age and camp staff payroll on a daily basis to submit bi-weekly

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications

  • AA in ECE or El Ed, B.S. in Elementary or Early Childhood Education preferred
  • Minimum of three years experience with school age children
  • Minimum of two years supervisory experience
  • Experience in day camp programming
  • Knowledgeable about school age child development and programming
  • Knowledgeable of school age curriculum and lesson planning
