Support FELS’ children and families through the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit PREK Scholarship and EIO After-School Programs.

Pre-Kindergarten Scholarship program provides financial assistance to eligible families so that parents can work and remain economically independent and enroll or keep their children enrolled in a high-quality early childhood education program. These families often earn below the poverty level and many parents must make the choice to pay their child’s tuition, their rent, or buy their living essentials. The overarching goal of our scholarship program is to provide financial assistance to eligible families, thereby reducing a barrier to employment, so that these parents can work and remain economically self-sufficient in challenging economic times.

EITC (EIO) to support our After-School Program (K – grade 3) provides operating and programmatic support to aid students aged 4 to 8 years old, this partnership with the PA Educational Improvement Tax Credit program is poised to be transformative, expanding access to our After-School Program and enriching the lives of countless more.
